Empowered Learners Enrichment Model

The Empowered Learners Enrichment Model (ELE Model) is a multidimensional approach to achieving academic and life skill success. The ELE model was developed by SpectrumEmpowered to meet the developmental needs for learners of all ages. Through implementation, individuals have the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks via Foundation Fundamentals, Instruction Readiness, and Skill Mastery Application. Each component of the model will tap into our humane natural learning abilities and patterns to produce independent and functional learning mastery. SpectrumEmpowered ELE Model is available for use by medical providers, public and private school systems, faith organizations, child care facilities, and residential care spaces with adequate training.
